"Order" means an order via phone or e-mail made by a customer to purchase services or products provided by ghostwritingcompany.org. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.

OUR SERVICES

To fully comprehend the rights and restrictions outlined in the Book Publishing Services' Policy, it is crucial that you thoroughly read and comprehend the refund policy. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions before placing any orders on this website and/or making any payments.

RETURNS

Because of the nature of the products we make, we are unable to accept returns on orders that have been fulfilled.

Since ensuring that requirements are met and quality standards, like editing and proofreading services, are upheld, we have a revision process in place that is designed to assist all customers. After all, we consider their satisfaction to be our top priority.

If the completed product does not match the specifications stated when the order was placed, we will start a thorough internal review and, at no additional expense, either rewrite or recreate the content.

REVISIONS

According to each package's service description, each revision policy is unique. After an order enters our Order Management Platform's "Waiting for Customer Approval" status, we offer revisions within five to ten business days. The ordered package will determine the revision period.

At the end of the order process, when the product is submitted for approval and the status is changed to "Waiting for Customer Approval," revisions become relevant. At this point, the client can email their designated Project Manager to directly request revisions.

Verify that the entire product satisfies the original requirements that were provided. Since the content is delivered in Word format and the customer owns the rights, they are always welcome to make personal edits to any content they receive from us after the order has been fulfilled but before publishing.

REFUND POLICY

We try our best to support the customer and attend to their needs, and we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

To the best of our abilities, our staff will always collaborate with the client to resolve any issues.

Orders that have not yet been allocated or started at the time of the refund request are among the situations in which a refund may be granted, but they are not the only ones.

If a refund is issued, it usually takes the customer five to fifteen days to see the results. In every instance, there will be a processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order total, whichever is greater. The support staff will confirm whether the refund request is approved, and it can only be completed using the original payment method that was used when the order was placed.

Additionally, a refund notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of original checkout. Refunds are only available under certain circumstances and in exceptional cases, as follows:

CHANGE OF MIND

  • a) Before Project Initiation: Before our writers and editors begin working on the project, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund. You have one hour after placing your order to request a refund if (for any reason) you decide to change your mind and end your project with us.
  • b) After Project Progress: Due to the necessity to fairly compensate our internal team, we may only offer a partial refund for any refund claims made after the project has begun and the client has benefited from at least one round of revisions.

INCOMPETENT DELIVERY

Customers may only request a refund after the work has been delivered and they have used all of the options listed below.

  • If it doesn't meet the project requirements (as specified by the customer and/or documented).
  • We promise to give our clients complete satisfaction, and we provide as many revisions as needed to make sure the delivery meets your standards. We allocate, redistribute, and rework your work to guarantee total fulfillment. You can reserve FREE pages at any time for a future date that are equal in value. Refunds will be handled based on a mutually agreed-upon percentage if we are still unable to fulfill your request (but only in the event that the delivery is wholly inadequate).

LATE DELIVERY

We firmly believe in "On Time Delivery," but if, for any reason, we are unable to provide the requested service by the deadline, despite our best efforts to reach you, your refund will be handled as soon as it is verified through official documentation that the company was at fault for the delayed delivery.

REFUND TIME FRAME

Refunds must be requested, provided no revisions were requested, within ten days of the initial submission or order delivery. Claims for refunds made beyond the specified time frame won't be accepted.

When placing an order, every customer is required to take note of the refund deadline.

CASES WHERE REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED

  • If there are minor technical errors that cause delivery delays, such as typographical, grammatical, word count, missing references, etc., refunds will be handled mutually and the company will only accept a partial refund or discounts that can be applied to future purchases.
  • No refunds will be given based on a low word count, and the company will not be held liable for any delays caused by the client.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Our service's costs and discounts are subject to change at any time.

We maintain the right, at any time and without prior notice, to alter or terminate the Service (or any portion or content thereof).

If the Service is changed, the price is changed, it is suspended, or it is discontinued, neither you nor any third party will be entitled to compensation from us.
